Refund policy

We operate a 30-day returns policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been used or worn, and must retain its tags and original packaging, which must be undamaged. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return the item and where to send the package. If you return the item without first requesting a return, your return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain product types cannot be returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers and plants), customised products (such as made-to-order or personalised items) and personal care products (such as cosmetics). Furthermore, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items.

Discounted items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you have received and then purchase the new item once the return has been accepted.

 

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods within 14 days, regardless of the reason and even if there is no valid cause. As explained above, returned goods must be in the same condition as when received, must not have been used or worn, and must have their tags and original packaging intact. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and credit the refund.
